The Secretary General of Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization Mr. Ayman Mefleh discussed with Mr. Yasser Al-Khouly the Regional Director of Helping Hand for Relief and Development the ways of cooperation for the advancement of humanitarian and relief work in Jordan and neighboring countries.
Talks concentrated on the implementation of future projects and programs, particularly in light of the hard humanitarian and economic circumstances in the region, where Jordan plays a leading role in the service of Syrian refugees and sending aid to people in Yemen and Gaza.
Mr. Mefleh presented a number of programs and services provided by JHCO for refugees, war-affected people and local families in need.
Mr. Khooly, in his role, confirmed that HHRD is available to participate in several programs and provide all the necessary authority to serve JHCO projects as JHCO is considered a pioneer in humanitarian work on both local and global levels.
HHRD and JHCO has recently cooperated to establish a large warehouse to store humanitarian aid in Tabarbour area of Amman.
It is worth mentioning that HHRD is an American Association operates in more than 50 countries in the world and its offices are spread across 17 countries.
